Join Dr. Thara Vayali in a three-part Stress & Resilience Series to explore the stress response, recognize your stress levels, build resilience, and discover the connection between empathy and stress!

Part 3 of Healthy UBC's Stress & Resilience Series:

This workshop will explore the domains of stress, how you can take a personal stress assessment, and learn beneficial ways recognizing, managing, and improving stress and your overall wellbeing.

In this session, participants will:

  • Learn the five domains of stress;

  • Learn to take a stress self-assessment; and

  • Discuss how to recognize, reduce, and repair an overloaded system.
