Enjoy being outside and exercising in a fun atmosphere and group setting. This boot camp will show you simple exercises and movements you can do designed to increase your cardio, core strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing.
All UBC staff & faculty are welcome to register and attend this free boot camp fitness class.
Location: Outside UBC Rec's Ponderosa Commons Studio (6488 University Blvd.)
Wear comfortable exercise clothing and running shoes and bring a water bottle.
