This workshop will explore the domains of stress, how you can take a personal stress assessment, and learn beneficial ways recognizing, managing, and improving stress and your overall wellbeing.
In this session, participants will:
Learn the five domains of stress;
Learn to take a stress self-assessment; and
Discuss how to recognize, reduce, and repair an overloaded system.
