This computer-based lab workshop takes the participant through all aspects of the recruiting process. However, it does not include Position Management training. Separate Position Management training is a prerequisite for the eRecruit course.
This course is appropriate for departmental recruiters who have not attended a previous eRecruit training session, or just want a refresher.
If you have not already done so, please complete the eRecruit access form and forward the completed form to Michael Cam in HR.

In this workshop you will learn how to:
If time permits, you will also be shown the system from the perspective of applicants and interview team members.
- create new job postings from positions.
- re-post positions.
- release resumes to the interview team.
- manage applicants.
- prepare job offers and offer letters.
- upload necessary documents.
- prepare the successful candidate for hire.
This workshop primarily shows recruiting from the perspective of the staff process. However, differences for the faculty process will also be explained.
NOTE: Introduction to HRMS (or equivalent experience) and Position Management training are prerequisites for this course.
