Want to lose five pounds? Take a stress break? Meet new people? UBC's power walking club might be right up your alley.

Join us for power lunch walks on Mondays (rain or shine). Lunch time is the perfect time to get out for some fresh air and enjoy our beautiful endownment lands. Just 30 minutes of brisk walking can produce multiple health benefits.
Please note that this session is for staff, faculty and post docs.

Please ensure to wear appropriate footwear for this program. Meet outside the main/front doors facing west. Group leaves GSAB at 12:10.
