THIS SEMINAR IS OPEN TO UBC FACULTY AND STAFF ONLY

Join us for a workshop with a personal trainer from the UBC Bodyworks Fitness Centre. In this session you will learn how to improve the technique of your everyday movements to prevent injury by strengthening your core and stabilizing the spine. It will offer preventative solutions as well as educate participants about working safely in settings which reinforce sedentary lifestyles.
