Improved Posture in the Work Place: Functional Movement for a Healthy Spine - HP025

Join an expert from Vancouver's Fitness Table for a workshop focused on how poor postural habits can effect the health of the spine and the body.

A large portion of the session will be dedicated to discussing how to alleviate and correct poor postural habits.

There will also be an opportunity for those in attendance to experience how to sit and move differently in space, along with some key things to focus on while at a desk at work.

This session is open to staff, faculty and post docs.
