Small lifestyle changes can make a huge difference in overall health. Now that fall is upon us, it is time to think about strategies for overcoming the winter-time blues, work-related stress and anything else that might get you down.

While this workshop builds on the one from November 9th, all are welcome to sign up. Join us again, or for the first time.

By the end of the workshop, participants will learn how to use small lifestyle changes to make a positive impact on how they face life's daily challenges.

This workshop was designed specifically for UBC Staff and faculty and will be presented by upper level Human Kinetics students.
