Effective Home Workouts I - HP045

You do not need a gym membership to complete an effective workout. This workshop will teach exercises for your whole body that you can take home and do on your own.

Session 1 will cover the importance of warm-up and stretching, target heart rates, required components of a workout, whole body exercises using own body weight and stretches.

This class is open to all fitness levels. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Please note that this session is for UBC staff, faculty and postdocs.
