Effective Home Workouts II - HP046

You do not need a gym membership to complete an effective workout. This workshop will teach exercises for your whole body that you can take home and do on your own.

Session 2 will cover: how to put various exercises together into a workout program (muscle groups/pairs), understanding muscle specific exercises and affordable equipment that can be used to make workouts more fun (bands, ball, balance disc).

Attendance at session I is not required for attendance at session II.

This class is open to all fitness levels. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Please note that this session is for UBC staff, faculty and postdocs.
