Movement at Work for a Healthy Spine - HP052

Join an expert from Vancouver's Fitness Table for a workshop focused on how poor postural habits can affect the health of the spine and the body.

A large portion of the session will be dedicated to discussing how to alleviate and correct poor postural habits through movement and stretching that can be done at a desk.

Those in attendance will have an opportunity to experience how to sit, move and stretch differently in space, along with some key things to focus on while at work.

Please note that this session is open to UBC staff, faculty and post docs.
