Outdoor Conditioning Bootcamp - HP057

This outdoor conditioning class is perfect for both beginners or bootcamp veterans. Join a UBC Rec instructor for a session focused on strength, endurance, and basic movement patterns.

The purpose of this class is to bridge the gap between spending all day sitting in an office and engaging in physical activity. Comfortable athletic wear is recommended for this class.

Please meet at the field. There will be a UBC Rec marker indicating where the instructor will be waiting.
