CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that can be applied to pretty much everyone. From elite athletes to police academies and the military, to the elderly in nursing homes, if youre interested in moving your body, it can probably help you.

Come along as two of CrossFit West10s veteran coaches introduce a fantastic new way of achieving physical fitness, strength and overall confidence. They will cover:
