Tis' the season to be stressed out. As part of Thrive UBC, this workshop will explore ways to stay energized and mentally healthy during one of the most stressful times of the year: the winter holidays. Participants will learn about seasonal changes on physiology and the human response and how to practice gentle stress-relieving mental and physical exercises to improve their energy and outlook.

The facilitator of the session will be provided by UBC's Employee and Family Assistance Program provider, Shepell.

By the end of the session, you will be able to do the following:

  • Practice gentle stress-relieving mental and physical exercises to improve energy and outlook; and
  • Access resources for personal research and exploration.

  • Please note: This workshop is being offered as part of Thrive and will take place at Robson Square.
