Power Vinyasa Yoga - HP183

This intense workout is based on traditional yoga postures. Participants will enjoy a challenging workout while practicing a continuous flow of postures to create internal heat and develop strength and concentration.

All UBC staff & faculty are welcome to register and attend this free Power Vinyasa Yoga class.

There will be some mats available at the UBC Recreation's SRC Studio, however quantities are limited. Participants who have their own mats are encouraged to bring them.
