Beginner Boot Camp - HP243

This boot camp is ideal for beginner and experienced bootcampers. The class is designed to guide you through a variety of core, stability and functional strength training. You will also learn some of the basics for a safe and effective workout.

All UBC staff, faculty and postdoctoral fellows are welcome to register and attend this free Beginner Boot Camp.

Please wear comfortable active wear and shoes.
