HRMS Employee Data Navigation - Vancouver Campus - NAV

This computer lab style course (formerly part of HRMS General Training) is appropriate for departmental staff who need to review employee specific records and update employee data.

This course includes how to locate and review:

  • employee personal information; including biographical information & updating contact information.
  • job data; including effective dates, sequences numbers, job information, job earnings distribution, etc.
  • summary pages & faculty-related pages.
  • the Early ID assignment page; including what is needed to generate an Early ID.
  • payroll pages.

NOTE: Introduction to HRMS (or equivalent experience) is a prerequisite for this HRMS course.
