This course is for those who need hands-on experience learning how to use the Position Management module in HRMS, or just want a refresher.

You'll learn:

  • how to access and copy campus-wide job descriptions.
  • how to search for, add, update and delete positions.
  • how the position and HRMS systems interact with the Hyperion Budget system.
  • how to run position Queries (reports) in HRMS Reporting.

NOTE: Introduction to HRMS (or equivalent experience) is a prerequisite for this HRMS course, as is the appropriate HRMS security access.
