Part 2 of Healthy UBC's Fall Stress Release Series with Dr. Thara Vayali

Stress is a loaded word, and decreasing it can feel like an unsurmountable task.

In this session, participants learn how diet and dietary habits affect one's reaction to stressors, and how stress affects cravings.

Participants will define their own three simple diet shifts that will assist with stress management.
