30-Day Online Mindfulness Challenge - Orientation & Registration - HP178

The 30-Day Mindfulness Challenge is an online training focused on reducing stress, while increasing joy and peak performance in all areas of life including leadership, interpersonal communication, conflict management, and decision-making.

Developed using evidence-based curricula, this innovative training is geared toward the working professional. Come learn about the key topics covered in the training and core functionality of our custom designed online learning system, as well as an introduction to the core mindfulness practice we teach called Take 5.

This free orientation session is an opportunity to learn more about the art and science of mindfulness and the 30-Day Mindfulness Challenge, as well as an opportunity to register for the programs beginning in February 2015.

There will be time for questions and answers at the orientation session.

Cost for the online program - $25.00/person

The team at MindWell Canada is comprised of training experts. With more than 25 years of combined experience teaching mindfulness with various professional populations, we have created an online training in mindfulness in order to make the learning more accessible and relevant to a broader audience. We understand that everyone learns differently and therefore use a holistic approach to learning that engages multiple intelligences with a combination of didactic, experiential, and interactive exercises.
