30 Day Online Mindfulness Challenge Wrap-up Celebration - HP199

This session is an opportunity to celebrate with everyone at UBC who participated in the 30 Day Online Mindfulness Challenge in February and March.

We will Take 5 together, talk about best practices for the application of Take 5 in our lives, next steps for deepening the integration of mindfulness in daily life, and share results from the Challenge.
