Join Dr. Thara Vayali in a three-part Stress & Resilience Series to explore the stress response, recognize your stress levels, build resilience, and discover the connection between empathy and stress!

Part 3 of Healthy UBC's Stress & Resilience Series:

This workshop will explore the different forms of stress, our environment and how if influences our interpretations, and discuss less obvious stress signals. Participants will also learn about three stress senses that are incredibly valuable to be self-aware of triggers and responses.

In this session, participants will:

  • Learn the different forms of stress;

  • Learn about secret stress senses; and

  • Discuss beneficial ways to recognize, manage, and improve stress and overall wellbeing.
